Shipping rates are calculated on a percentage of sale total basis:
Orders up to $49.99 ... 25% of total
$50.00 - $199.99 ... 10% of total
Orders over $200.00 ... 6% of total
We use both USPS and FedEx in our shipping.
Special Notice: Ordering
outside the USA
Orders destined
for delivery outside the USA may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Please be advised that you may be billed for any additional shipping during
processing. Some countries will
charge an import or customs tax on merchandise received. This fee varies
from country to country, often based on the value of package contents and is
not included in payment made during ordering on this website. Please
contact your local postal or mail service to learn more about any charges
your area may impose on imported goods.
All international orders are shipped via USPS ground parcel
post, which takes between 6-10 weeks for delivery. Air mail (7-10 days) may
be available in some areas for an additional charge. Please
contact us for details.
Postal Insurance
(USA only)
All orders over $500.00 are automatically sent by Insured mail. If you have a smaller order and would like to have it insured for postal delivery, you may purchase insurance below.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items that have not been insured.

Rush Orders &
Time-Sensitive Orders
Rush and
time-sensitive orders are only accepted on a case-by-case basis and must
be pre-arranged with us before the order is placed. Contact us for
details.
Returns, Exchanges,
& Cancelled Orders
Exchanges are made in the event of our error. (If you ordered a blue robe and
we sent you a red one, etc...) Please check your order carefully before
submitting it to us.
Due to the nature of these made-to-order items, we will only
grant refunds or exchanges on insured items that have been damaged in shipping.
Should your package arrive damaged and you have purchased postal insurance
(Orders that exceed $500 are automatically insured without charge), please
contact us. Do not send packages back to us without contacting us first for
instructions. You must have the original box for claims on postal damage.
Packages that are sent back to us without prior arrangement
will not be accepted and considered abandoned by purchaser.
All cancelled orders are subject to a
restocking fee - 15% for ready-made goods and 50% for custom made and special
orders.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been
shipped.
Backorders
Occasionally we do run out of supplies or stock. Backorders are automatically held for 30 days unless order is time-sensitive, in which case a refund is issued. If you do not wish to backorder, please advise us on your order form.
